Return Policy

• All returns must be approved by an officer of BudgetAwnings.com in writing or via e-mail.
• A Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) will be assigned the item to be returned.
• The RGA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of each carton.
• Any returned items that are received without a RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the carton will NOT be accepted by our receiving department. We will return the goods to you. The cost of the return shipping will be at customer expense.
• The returned item must be in its original carton.
• The item returned MUST be in perfect, saleable condition and "brand new" with no scratches, chips or dents.
• Customer must prove by means of a picture that the retractable awning from BudgetAwnings.com was installed.
• A 50% restocking fee will be charged for the handling of the SunSurrender awning.
• Credit will be issued by BudgetAwnings.com after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Credit will be applied by the same payment method used for the original purchase less the fee charged by the credit card company or PayPal.
• Credits will be issued for product only NOT freight or local installation costs or any other costs (if applicable)
• The item must be returned to the address provided on the Return Goods Authorization. All returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured at customer expense.
